Gearhart is a quaint little town that sits between Warrenton and Seaside, and has a signature sense of charm.

What I love about it:

Warrenton has three of my favorite outdoor adventure spaces - Fort Stevens, Fort Clatsop, and Coffenbury Lake. It also has the most accessible spots for driving onto the beach. The neighborhoods have a sleepy coastal feel, and elk herds are often found roaming nearby.

Housing is pretty diverse here - you can find starter homes, condos with boat slips, gated neighborhoods, ocean views, and moderately sized brand new homes.
