I’m an entrepreneur with a long list of titles: Real Estate Broker, Sommelier, Business Owner, Mama. I’ve been a real estate broker for over 14 years. I own and operate Peter Pan Market & Deli here in Astoria, where I put my WSET 2 Certification to use as the Wine Director. I’m currently serving as President of the Clatsop Association of Realtors. I’m a mom to two teenagers and a Border Collie-Corgi mix.

In late 2023, I launched my own brokerage, Good Fortune Realty, LLC. I was looking for more freedom in the way I ran my business, and I felt it was time to venture out on my own. Named for a quote by Marcus Aurelius, and the notion that building a life on the Oregon Coast takes both hard work and good fortune, Good Fortune Realty was born.

I created my Live Oregon Coast lifestyle blog as a way to showcase coastal living from a local’s perspective - whether it’s by sharing my recipes or my wine recommendations, highlighting this gorgeous place I call home, or showing you my favorite properties on the coast. The Oregon Coast lifestyle is a beautifully well-rounded way of life that’s comprised of good food, cozy homes, and the landscape that surrounds us. This lifestyle is unique to the culture that thrives in this small community - a culture of hardworking people, deeply rooted history, and this land that provides so much for us. I love hiking the Coast Range with my dog, paddle boarding on the rivers and in the ocean, soaking up the sun on the beaches in the summer, and bringing home fresh caught seafood for dinner. I’m here to share all the things that I love about this place I call home.

I was born in Honolulu and raised in Puna on the Big Island of Hawai’i. I am Kanaka Maoli, and my Hawaiian roots heavily influence the way I see the world and live my life. I moved to the States after marrying my husband in 2005. We lived in Montana for several years, with a short stay in Washington State, before finding our home here in Astoria in 2015.
